I know it is long overdue, but I am taking the
time now to thank God for sending you to help us with the sale of our
home at such a critical point in our lives.
Thank you so much for being there for us. We could not have found any
other real estate company to do what you did for us. As you know, we
were in the middle of a marital separation, about to lose our home, and
didn’t know where to turn. We know that you were a God sent because of
your high principles and the Christian character you reflect in your
business.
I would highly recommend CDI to any one who is seeking the best help
in the selling of their property. CDI and its associates showed high
regard for our personal feelings, concerns and needs, and we are all
very pleased with the outcome. We did not go to foreclosure on the
property, and we were able to walk away with substantial financial
means.

On May 19 in the year of 2002, my father passed
away. After trying to take care of all the necessary business that
needs to be done after one passes away, I found out that he had no
beneficiaries listed on anything that he owned nor a will. This became
a real struggle trying to do business when only his name was listed to
do so. I then had to proceed to the Register of Wills office and become
the administrator over his estate. In the mean time he had a house that
still had a mortgage and needed a lot of work done. In the beginning I
decided that I was going to move in the house, take over the payments
and fix it up myself. After awhile I realized exactly how much work
this house needed and that I did not have the funds to do this. I then
came to the conclusion that I was going to have to sell the house
because I didn’t want it to go into foreclosure. This also was a
problem because now my problem was who was going to buy such a house in
the condition that it was in and at the same time I get the amount still
owed on the mortgage. As days went on I started noticing signs reading,
“We Buy Houses”. I wrote down about three numbers and gave them all a
call. One I didn’t want to deal with because he was moving to fast for
me and then another was moving too slow. My third phone call was to a
company called CDI, where I spoke with Mr. Duke Wainwright. He assisted
me with my problem by first talking me through the steps over the
phone. We then made an appointment for him to look at the house, where
he explained to me that it would be considered a debt relief and that he
would call me after returning to the office and letting me know what
could be done. He than called with the amount that they would offer me
and wanted to know if I would like to continue. I did proceed with him
because I was satisfied and my time was running short if I didn’t want
the house to go into foreclosure. CDI and Mr. Wainwright were very
helpful throughout the entire process and helped just in time before
foreclosure. This has taken a lot of stress off of my shoulders and one
less thing I now have to worry about thanks to Mr. Wainwright and his
company.

sell our house; we chose not to solicit the services of real estate
agent since that would have become a long, drawn-out process. The
