HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?

Your initial telephone consultation and assistance is free of charge. There is an initial pre-acceptance fee of $1000.00, which is applied towards your down payment. Other costs and fees associated with rentals, options or purchases, are applied on a case-by case basis.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

CDI, Inc. will review your situation and advise you of the housing programs and opportunities available to you. Emphasis will be placed on providing you opportunities in our current resource pool.

WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTY IS INVOLVED?

Properties that are available include single family homes, townhouses, as well as condominiums. CDI, Inc. will work closely with you to identify housing that meets your special criteria and needs.

WHAT ABOUT FINANCING?

No bank qualifying. CDI, Inc. will finance the transaction. Rates and costs vary depending on the property and you resources.
